Welcome to Horizon Fleets USS Niagara, a Sovereign class star ship and one of the gems of Star Fleets Engineering achievements.

Even with the Dominion War over, it has left the major powers of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants weakened, there once great economies and militaries in the process of a long and extensive rebuilding process. These effects have been felt by everyone and even now in 2386, negotiations are still ongoing to try to establish a lasting peace between the great states of the galaxy

Though the Alliance emerged victorious the once great protective forces of their fleets is weakened and the out skirts of their territories have become open to the exploitation of pirates, rogues and smaller powers wishing to take advantage of the recent upheaval. While we live in times of peace these are uncertain times.

It is onboard the USS Niagara that the crew is open to limitless possibilities. Whether a new recruit, or a decorated veteran, serving aboard the Niagara will be one of the most memorable, most exciting, dangerous and most enjoyable tours of duty a character could have.
